Job Description

Vice President of Business Development driving growth by identifying new business opportunities at Interdependence Public Relations. Leading client acquisition and relationship management across industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve the agency's growth objectives
  • Lead the efforts to acquire new clients by proactively prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, and pitching agency services
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective clients, industry partners, and relevant organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the agency's capabilities, expertise, and value proposition
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the Public Relations industry
  • Strong understanding of Public Relations principles, practices, and trends
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  • Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
