Job Description
Vice President overseeing global service operations at Gainwell Technologies. Shaping delivery models for exceptional client service with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the delivery of the service or technical solution meets contractual specifications
- Shape and drive strategies to ensure company's delivery model remains competitive
- Lead global service operations with a focus on quality and consistency of delivery
- Develop and maintain a strategy for leveraged service centers
- Evaluate effectiveness of company performance in relation to contracts
- Recommend methods to increase performance and delivery standards
- Oversee delivery assurance reporting
- Partner with legal and financial teams for compliance assessment
- Direct, manage, develop and oversee budget
- Collaborate with executives to ensure alignment of processes and technology
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Twenty or more years of related experience
- Fifteen or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Experience working with product and services delivery in a global environment
- Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity
- Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data and contracts/service agreements
