Job Description
Virtual Trainer onboarding Italian dental practices for Dandy’s digital dentistry platform. Coaching teams on intraoral scanning, digital workflows, and product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead new dental practices through Dandy’s onboarding program
- Deliver engaging virtual and on-site training sessions tailored to each practice
- Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows
- Provide hands-on coaching during live sessions
- Build clinical trust, confidence, and early adoption
- Own each launch and ensure practices achieve key milestones from day one
- Coach practices post-launch to refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers
- Monitor scan quality and provide constructive feedback
- Identify product-usage gaps and conduct targeted follow-up
- Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure order success
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams
- Share insights to improve the customer journey
- Recognize early wins and celebrate practice progress
Requirements:
- Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment
- iTero or Trios experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows
- Excellent teaching and facilitation skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with empathy and patience
- Ability to build trust remotely
- Highly organized and accountable, with a track record of owning outcomes and follow-through
- Quick learner, tech-savvy, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple trainings, follow-ups, and customer touchpoints
- Coaching skills to encourage behavior change and drive adoption
