Job Description
VP overseeing all brokerage operations, focusing on crypto market and engaging with C-suite executives. Leading strategic efforts to sell trading, stablecoin rails and tokenization platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises to present and sell our trading, stablecoin rails and tokenization platforms
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction across strategic accounts
- Serve as a thought leader space, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes
- Use market insights to shape the product and sales strategy and position the company as a leader in the space
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs, product capabilities, and go-to-market efforts
- Provide valuable feedback from clients and prospects to inform product development and enhancements
- Drive the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure
- Ensure smooth collaboration between sales, legal, and technical teams to manage complex deal structures
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, including financial institutions, blockchain platforms, exchanges, and other relevant stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to build visibility and credibility
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a brokerage, trading, or capital markets role
- Extensive knowledge cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in both traditional and digital asset markets
- Strong network of institutional clients and a proven ability to develop new business
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment
- Experience with regulatory compliance and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards
