Job Description
VP of Advisor Success at NetLaw driving advisor engagement for estate planning services. Leading lifecycle management and scaling team for RIA partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Build our first dedicated Advisor Success function.
- Own the full lifecycle of advisor engagement, from onboarding through habitual usage, across enterprise RIA partnerships and our growing advisor base.
- Player-coach role: build the function while personally driving adoption with our largest partners.
- Design advisor onboarding and activation programs that drive time-to-first-plan.
- Build scalable training: webinars, scripts, client conversation guides, CE-worthy content.
- Drive penetration within existing partnerships.
- Implement systems for scalable engagement: CRM workflows, health scoring, marketing automation.
- Build and lead the relationship management team.
Requirements:
- You've built or scaled advisor success functions in wealthtech/fintech selling into RIAs or led practice management within an enterprise RIA.
- Deep understanding of RIA workflows and advisor personas
- Track record building repeatable onboarding playbooks and activation programs
- Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven: defines KPIs, builds dashboards, makes decisions on metrics
