Job Description

Vice President of Payor Sales for a digital healthcare company driving growth in payor markets. Manage sales lifecycle while collaborating across teams to enhance health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed team bookings/revenue targets through execution of sales to payors
  • Forecast pipeline and opportunity progression to senior leadership
  • Coach and develop team members based on key performance criteria
  • Develop strategic territory plans to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to demonstrate Sharecare solutions
  • Serve as a voice of the market and provide input on pricing and product positioning

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and other industry-standard sales tools
  • Experience with solution, consultative, strategic and/or conceptual selling
