Job Description

Website Performance Manager owning website relationships for Team Velocity, a full-service automotive marketing agency. Improving dealership site performance, retention, reporting, and application growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own website relationships for automotive dealership clients
  • Drive the vision and delivery of website products
  • Respond to dealership inquiries and resolve issues
  • Manage product retention and present revenue- and non-revenue-generating enhancements
  • Grow portfolio applications through upsell, expansion, and upgrades
  • Build and maintain client relationships and manage complex account loads
  • Understand and articulate user problems while triaging and prioritizing bugs and issues
  • Execute monthly customer reporting covering KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities
  • Assess, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership
  • Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines to customers
  • Use Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor team efficiency
  • Manage account progress and results to support external client retention
  • Collaborate with digital and creative services teams to coordinate priorities and requests
  • Recommend site performance enhancements, creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design improvements

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management
  • Understanding of dealership operations and ability to work with all levels within the dealership
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing
  • Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.)
  • Written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills and relationship management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics
  • Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking
