Workforce Administration Specialist managing employee data and documentation for Iron Mountain. Ensuring compliance and supporting HR functions within a remote role in Scotland, UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain local employee documentation and physical files.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams and the external HR outsourcing partner.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and governmental requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an HR administrative, data entry, or similar support role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, and case management tools like ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability in maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Full professional proficiency in English to effectively manage documentation and communications across the regions.
