Job Description
Account Executive driving complex architecture sales for Cisco ThousandEyes, a digital experience assurance platform. Advising senior stakeholders and positioning secure, scalable Cisco solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate expert knowledge of market and industry trends and architectural knowledge
- Advise stakeholders on large-scale, high-complexity solutions
- Influence multifaceted, highly complex deal cycles and drive revenue growth
- Expand architecture expertise across related architectures to enhance deal outcomes
- Use competitive intelligence for account-specific planning and proposal development
- Engage senior stakeholders to align customer and Cisco objectives
- Drive strategic-analysis initiatives with industry analysts
- Develop and lead long-term architectural strategy discussions
- Identify competitive landscape shifts and provide strategic recommendations
- Highlight Cisco’s innovation and R&D commitment to customers
- Advise senior buying-centre stakeholders and lead technical solutions discussions to position Cisco architecture as the product of choice
Requirements:
- Proven ability in proactive business development, including prospecting and driving net-new opportunities
- Skilled in orchestrating and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Channel, SEs, Customer Success, Delivery) throughout complex sales cycles
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills; able to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and deadlines
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a high-growth, collaborative environment
- Minimum 6 years relevant industry experience
- Fluent or native language skills
- Business proficient English language skills
