Job Description
Remote Sales Consultant conducting warm inbound consultations for Body & Soul’s fine-art women’s portraiture studio. Qualifying prospects, taking payments and booking studio sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Run 20–25 minute phone consultations with women who have enquired
- Follow the company’s sales process and scripts
- Take payment during calls and schedule studio sessions
- Follow up with no-shows, prospects who are considering, and past enquiries when the calendar is light
- Maintain clean pipeline records and CRM notes
- Qualify whether prospective clients are emotionally, financially and mentally ready
- Invite suitable women to the studio and turn away unsuitable or vulnerable prospects
- Attend a daily morning sales huddle
- Own and report sales numbers, metrics and KPIs
- Receive daily sales training and one-to-one coaching
- Potentially cross-train to sell artwork and collections and progress to Art Curator
Requirements:
- Sales experience over the phone or video, selling to individuals
- Experience working on commission
- Experience in a service or premium business such as a studio, clinic, salon, gallery, members’ club, events, travel or premium retail
- Experience selling art or selling for another studio is ideal
- Ideally, previous remote-work experience
- Live within two hours of central London, ideally within 90 minutes
- Right to work in the UK
- Able to work five days a week, including weekends
- Comfortable discussing fine art nudity, body image and money
- Private room with a door for work calls
- Internet speed of at least 100 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload
- Own laptop and monitor for the first 60 days
- Ability to work full time; freelance and part-time work are not accepted
- Comfortable with a target-based, KPI-driven environment
Benefits:
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
