Job Description

Account Executive responsible for generating new revenue by developing relationships and closing business at Hetherington Group. Focused on outbound activity and full ownership of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound efforts, industry engagement, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline from initial contact through close without reliance on inbound leads.
  • Leverage networking events, industry conferences, digital platforms, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts with an emphasis on identifying expansion opportunities and increasing account value.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to uncover evolving needs and translate those into additional revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with expectations and supports continued client investment.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of generating new business and growing accounts you have personally developed.
  • Familiarity with open-source intelligence (OSINT) and its applications is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales and account management plans.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
