Job Description
SaaS Account Executive selling mobile field-inspection software to enterprise customers. Owning new-logo sales cycles, complex negotiations, and pipeline growth across utilities, government, and AEC.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt and close new customer businesses across enterprise-level accounts
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract close
- Become a product expert and understand technical workings and business applications
- Qualify inbound leads with marketing and represent the company at industry events
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Engineering to resolve issues and communicate customer needs
- Maintain an accurate weekly sales forecast
- Navigate customer procurement and legal processes for initial contracts
- Sell effectively to all account levels, including the C-Suite
- Transition closed accounts to Customer Success and Account Management after implementation
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering to achieve technical wins
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in SaaS software new-logo sales to companies with 500+ employees
- Success closing SaaS opportunities of at least $50K+ ACV for initial contracts
- Proven SaaS sales track record consistently exceeding new-logo revenue goals
- Exceptional prospecting, discovery, and closing skills focused on net-new revenue
- Experience navigating complex procurement cycles, including legal, finance, and security reviews
- Experience selling to C-Suite individuals and multiple constituents in complex organizational structures
- Experience with Salesforce CRM highly desired
- Excellent written and verbal negotiation and communication skills, in-person and virtually
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, punctual, and able to maintain current Salesforce account and opportunity records
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
