Job Description

Executivo de Contas Farmer at Base Viral focused on upselling and customer relationship management. 100% remote role aimed at achieving sales targets in São Paulo.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet your sales targets
  • Create upsell opportunities by identifying solutions and products that add value for customers
  • Work together with the squad to develop renewal and expansion plans
  • Ensure a healthy renewal rate and increase customer LTV
  • Build and maintain close relationships with the customer base
  • Ensure ongoing satisfaction and efficiently resolve requests or issues
  • Actively participate in performance optimization calls for the Referral Program
  • Feed the consultancy’s internal tracking with results generated by clients
  • Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and technical support teams

Requirements:

  • Experience training new programs and onboarding team members
  • Expert at building and strengthening strategic relationships
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and strategies
  • Organized to manage multiple projects and competing demands simultaneously
