Job Description
Sales Executive at WellnessIQ promoting employer-sponsored wellness initiatives and managing client relationships. Success in fast-paced sales environment with cold calling and presenting skills required.
Responsibilities:
- Broker distribution and development
- Interpreting and qualifying Requests for Proposals (RFP’s)
- Experienced user of Salesforce.com
- Ability to cold call prospects and brokers
- Ability to present wellness solutions with a virtual format and the use of PowerPoint
- Help to manage, implement, deliver, evaluate and improve all workplace wellness programs and resources
- Ability to be consultative in all things well-being
- Become expert in all ancillary wellness services that are offered and have the ability to provide strategic direction for prospects and current clients
- Able to generate new leads via broker and direct to end user sales channels
- Build and sustain positive relationships with the entire Wellness IQ staff
- Ability to present and sell to consultants or employer groups of 50-1500 employees
- Interact with staff, management and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Frequent travel required
Requirements:
- College Degree Preferred
- 3+ years of Sales, Wellness, Employee Benefits, or related experience, or any combination of education, experience and training that provides knowledge and abilities to perform the job
- Passion for Health and Wellness
- Insurance brokerage experience specifically in employee benefits preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong typing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- Ability to respond professionally and accurately to requests received from a variety of clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- Proficiency in GoTo Meeting, Zoom or other virtual presentation
