Job Description

Sales Consultant responsible for identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new customers. Working remotely with a structured onboarding process at Ventomaxx in HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and proactively acquiring new customers through targeted (cold) outreach
  • Researching potential leads using CRM/databases, the internet, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Xing), industry directories and trade shows
  • Using tender platforms, referrals, networks and newsletters to identify project opportunities at an early stage
  • Contacting decision-makers by phone or digitally with the goal of convincingly presenting solutions and building sustainable relationships
  • Working closely with colleagues from engineering/technical teams, field sales and customer advisory to provide optimal support to prospects
  • Documenting all activities in the CRM system and actively helping to shape and improve our sales processes

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., in industrial, wholesale or international trade, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in telephone sales, lead generation or inside sales
  • Enjoyment of direct customer contact, strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven approach
  • Confident, personable telephone manner and very good German language skills (at least C1)
  • Routine use of digital tools and CRM systems
  • Structured working style, organizational talent and persistence in sales outreach
