Job Description
Strategic Sales Executive focused on driving new business in background screening solutions. Building long-term relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders in a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through proactive outreach, targeting Heads of HR, Talent Acquisition, and related roles
- Leverage your existing network of decision-makers to generate opportunities
- Engage prospects with credibility and quickly build rapport
- Collaborate with executive leadership to tailor messaging, decks, and proposals early on
- Manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract
Requirements:
- Proven track record of selling into HR and Talent Acquisition leaders
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover and address pain points
- Commitment to follow through with clients post-sale for account growth
- Deep Rolodex or professional network within HR, TA, or adjacent sectors
