Job Description

Account Executive responsible for managing sales pipeline and closing deals for EasyLlama, a company transforming the HR compliance industry. Leading strategies to engage and convert potential clients with innovative training solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound lead flow effectively to convert into qualified sales pipeline by multithreading additional contacts to join the first meeting.
  • Build a target account strategy to pinpoint ideal customers using firmographic data, intent signals, and key personas. Craft personalized, multi-channel outreach sequences that speak to each prospect’s industry, pain points, and priorities. Consistent follow-up, leveraging warm intros, thought leadership content, and strategic use of executive alignment helps open doors
  • Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Build an understanding of the EasyLlama product
  • Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, host online demos, create proposals, and close deals
  • Practice accurate pipeline management with excellent forecasting
  • Work closely with Customer Support and Customer Success to ensure effective communication of issues and smooth onboarding

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  • Take ownership of your assigned territory
  • Internally motivated and aspirational
  • Highly organized and excellent at time management
  • Ensure that deliverables and inquiry turnaround times are met
  • Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different characters and situations
