Job Description
Account Executive responsible for building relationships and closing deals in the Spanish market for Coverflex. Generating new business and enhancing market presence with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and close deals in the Spanish market
- Generate new business and accelerate Coverflex’s presence
- Earn trust of key decision-makers (Finance, HR, C-Level)
- Lead full-cycle sales conversations
- Forecast with consistency and accuracy
Requirements:
- Strong track record in B2B sales (SMB + Mid-Market), ideally in tech or startups
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles (discovery to close)
- Confident dealing with HR and Finance stakeholders, and selling to multiple decision-makers
- Comfortable using sales frameworks (e.g. SPICED, MEDDPICC)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
