Job Description

Account Executive expanding territory sales for HydroPeptide, a luxury skincare brand. Focusing on business development, account management, and product education with a strategic, analytical approach.

Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts to expand territory and grow revenue.
  • Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive adoption, reorders, and client loyalty.
  • Product Education: Train providers on products, treatment protocols, and outcomes to ensure confidence and consistent results.
  • Territory Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute territory strategies to maximize revenue, visibility, and market penetration.
  • Sales Performance & Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and proactively manage opportunities.
  • Corporate Hygiene & Reporting: Keep detailed records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress in Salesforce; ensure timely reporting and compliance with corporate processes.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent HydroPeptide with professionalism, expertise, and passion at all client touchpoints.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Education, and Operations teams to support product launches, promotional initiatives, and events.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Performer: 3–5+ years in professional skincare or medical aesthetics, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Existing Book of Business: Strong relationships with accounts and decision-makers—ready to drive immediate results.
  • Skincare Expertise: Deep knowledge of treatments, protocols, and products to educate and influence providers.
  • New Business Hunter: Skilled at prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals in a competitive market.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven: Plans and executes territory strategies, manages pipeline, and leverages metrics to drive performance.
  • CRM Savvy: Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms—maintains accurate records, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Relationship Builder: Builds trust quickly with providers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Self-Starter & Entrepreneurial: Independent, proactive, and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communicator: Confident presenting, demonstrating, and educating clients.
