Job Description
Associate Account Executive focusing on selling technical services in renewable energy, collaborating with North American sales team to develop business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to promote our wind turbine inspection services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure customer outcomes are delivered and upsell opportunities are unlocked.
- Accurately forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and consistently deliver against bookings targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Wind / solar energy technology familiarity or experience.
- Experience selling into large, complex industrial enterprises or utilities is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with international teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Ability to travel across North America (10–20%).
