Job Description
Account Manager managing Health insurance clients' advertising budgets remotely in Ohio. Building relationships and analyzing campaign performance to help grow partners' businesses by creating real value.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Health-focused accounts with meaningful monthly budgets.
- Develop account strategies informed by performance metrics and market trends.
- Create pricing plans that match the value we provide, the results we get, and what our partners want to achieve.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline in Salesforce and Asana.
- Analyze performance across accounts to identify trends and opportunities to improve.
- Work with teams inside and outside the company to apply data-informed campaign strategies.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate with tech teams to solve them.
- Document your successes and share insights across the company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Present data to clients as clear, actionable suggestions and narratives.
- Handle escalations and complex situations calmly and professionally.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across organizational levels.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You understand how to track KPIs and meet performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- You are clear, concise, and persuasive.
- Reliable and self-directed.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proactive, organized, and focused on measurable outcomes.
- Nice-to-Have: 1–3 years in B2B account management, performance marketing, insurtech, or SaaS.
- Experience with Google Ads, Taboola, or similar platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Proven track record of managing and growing existing accounts.
- Exposure to Health insurance, lead generation, or performance-based marketing models.
