Job Description
Senior Account Manager enhancing communication efficiency and creator performance at Social Discovery Group. Managing projects and collaborating with teams across the globe on creator engagement and platform representation.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance Communication Efficiency: Build and automate account management processes to improve communication flows, streamline problem-solving, and track performance effectively.
- Proactively gather creator and agency insights, monitor industry trends, and translate market feedback into actionable product direction.
- Ensure high standards of creator representation on the platform, including content quality, chatting standards, and overall performance.
- Improve Creator-Driven Traffic Performance: Increase the effectiveness of creator-driven promotion across their social platforms. Drive consistency in model posting and oversee weekly promotion delivery checks.
- Enable creators to effectively promote new product features to increase their earnings.
- Scale & Streamline Creator Cabinet Operations: Coordinate cross-functional processes for the continued development of the Creator Cabinet initiative. Integrate our internal tools into creators’ daily promo content workflows as a primary production tool.
- Unify creator analytics across the Creator Cabinet, Reports, and our internal tools into a centralized industry-standard performance system.
- Monitor and improve creator payout operations to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Requirements:
- Financial & Analytical Proficiency: Strong command of 1C and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation), with a solid understanding of accounting, invoicing, and financial operations.
- Digital & AI Tools Expertise: Experience working with AI and digital platforms such as Higgsfield and Atlas Cloud, as well as analytics tools for KPI monitoring, data visualization, and performance tracking (e.g., Superset).
- Project & Cross-Functional Management: Ability to coordinate workflows and manage projects using tools such as Slack, Jira, and internal systems, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.
- Emotional Intelligence & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand different personalities and motivations, practice active listening, build trust, and communicate with empathy and diplomacy.
- Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure, quickly identify issues, implement practical solutions, and maintain smooth operational processes.
- Adaptability & Collaborative Mindset: Flexibility to adjust approaches across different cultures, markets, and stakeholder needs, while working effectively with cross-functional teams and embracing feedback to improve outcomes.
