Job Description
Regional Account Representative at AIM Intelligent Machines driving adoption of automation solutions. Building partnerships in construction, mining, and industrial sectors to modernize operations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow relationships with channel partners to drive adoption of AIM’s automation platform
- Enable and train partners to sell AIM solutions focused on multi-machine control
- Monitor partner performance and support business planning to meet joint sales targets
- Identify new partners in strategic markets
- Identify and engage high-potential enterprise accounts seeking to modernize heavy equipment operations
- Understand customer workflows and pain points, and position AIM’s solutions as a strategic advantage
- Lead the sales process from discovery through close
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive expansion and long-term success
- Work with marketing to create partner- and industry-specific messaging and campaigns
- Partner with product teams to communicate market feedback and help shape feature development
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or channel sales
- Experience selling or supporting technology that transforms field operations or operator workflows
- Strong understanding of the construction or mining ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, highly innovative environment
- Comfortable with travel (30–50%) to partner/customer sites and industry events
