Job Description

Account Manager managing enterprise Medicare-focused accounts and driving revenue growth through performance insights. Building long-term relationships with carriers, brokerages, and agencies in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise Medicare accounts with significant monthly budgets.
  • Own relationships with senior stakeholders across carriers, brokerages, and agencies.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop account strategies informed by performance metrics and market trends.
  • Drive growth through optimization, pricing strategy, and expansion opportunities.
  • Create pricing plans that match the value we provide, the results we get, and what our partners want to achieve.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline in Salesforce and Asana.
  • Analyze performance across accounts to identify trends and opportunities to improve.
  • Translate performance insights into action plans that improve results and partner outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate with tech teams to solve them.
  • Document your wins and share learnings across the company.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Present data to clients as clear, actionable suggestions and narratives.
  • Handle escalations and complex situations calmly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain trust across multiple stakeholder levels, including executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years in B2B/enterprise account management, performance marketing, insurance, or SaaS
  • Experience managing complex client relationships and growing revenue within existing accounts
  • Experience with Google Ads, Taboola, or similar platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with Medicare, lead generation, or regulated marketing environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Reliable and self-directed.
