Job Description

Account Manager handling Up Market accounts in Texas for 8x8. Focus on cloud communications and customer experience growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Up Market customers in Texas
  • Build deep relationships with business leaders & C-level executives
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell across UCaaS, CCaaS, Contact Center, AI & WFO
  • Lead strategic account planning, QBRs, and long-term CX transformation
  • Partner with SEs, Channel, Professional Services & Customer Success
  • Ensure adoption, renewals, and expansion across your customer base
  • Consistently meet/exceed ARR and growth targets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, Cloud Communications, or similar
  • Strong experience managing and expanding complex enterprise accounts
  • Proven success in cross-sell/upsell and quota achievement
  • Excellent executive communication & relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset
  • Located in Texas, with ability to travel for key customer meetings
