Job Description

Junior Key Account Manager developing existing accounts and building new client relationships in logistics. Join NORDFROST, a leader in frozen logistics, to enhance your sales career.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop existing key accounts in the Southern region
  • Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships
  • Support contract and price negotiations
  • Prepare, follow up on, and analyze quotations
  • Analyze customer requirements and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate between customers, sales and internal departments
  • Prepare and conduct customer meetings and presentations
  • Support tender processes and sales projects
  • Maintain and document customer and sales data in the CRM system
  • Monitor market and competitor developments

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or a comparable qualification
  • Some professional experience in sales, key account management, or logistics is desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Confident and professional demeanor with customers and business partners
  • Good organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
  • Negotiation skills and analytical thinking
  • Regular travel within the Southern region; company car provided and flexible working options
