Job Description
Ad Creative Strategist developing video and static ad campaigns for Mammutmarsch events. Focus on performance-driven ads, testing, and scaling winning strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new angles, hooks, storylines and formats (video-first, plus static)
- Audience-specific creative concepts
- Research well beyond our industry (Ads Library, swipe files, trends)
- Creative testing system: hypotheses → variants → tests → learnings → iteration
- Build a documented creative playbook
- Systematic refinement of functioning concepts
- Create video scripts & shot lists
- Clear briefs for creators, editors and designers
- UGC guidelines and performance-oriented production specifications
- Continuous production of new variants (hook, framing, visuals, pacing, length, CTA)
- Ensure a consistent test output
- Rapid adaptation of effective patterns
- Performance-driven creative decisions
- Analyze CTR, hold rate, CVR, CPA, etc.
- Translate performance signals into concrete creative next steps
- Scale winners and eliminate losers
Requirements:
- Proven performance-creative / direct response track record
- Experience with scaling paid social campaigns (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube/Google ideal)
- Strong understanding of video creative mechanics (hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing, retention, proof, offer, CTA)
- Hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach
- Comfortable reading KPIs such as CTR, hold rate, CVR, CPA
- High output and fast iteration cycles
- Ability to clearly brief and lead creators, editors, and designers
- Willingness to test entirely new approaches — including outside our industry
