Job Description

Ad Operations Analyst managing digital advertising campaigns at BM Digital. Seeking analytical STEM graduates for hands-on experience in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and monitor digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Track performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities
  • Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions daily
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth delivery
  • Work with internal teams to execute and improve campaign performance
  • Build reports and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / platform dashboards)
  • Continuously test variables (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (STEM fields preferred: Math, Engineering, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers
  • Fluent English (written and spoken - must be able to communicate clearly in a professional environment)
  • High attention to detail
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing focus
  • Bonus: Any exposure to digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
