Job Description
Operations Coordinator managing operational processes and KPIs for remote professionals in LATAM. Supporting cross-department initiatives and ensuring workflow consistency under operations leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor operational KPIs to ensure teams are meeting performance expectations and service standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and follow up on deliverables to maintain alignment between departments.
- Maintain updated documentation of SOPs and workflow changes to ensure process clarity and consistency.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly operational performance reports for leadership review.
- Identify workflow gaps or recurring operational issues and escalate them with structured recommendations.
- Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives and internal process adjustments.
- Ensure internal systems and trackers remain accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or process execution roles.
- Strong skills in tracking workflows and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivots preferred).
- Familiarity with task management/project tools (Asana/ClickUp/Trello/Monday) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
