Job Description
Operations Manager overseeing daily operations at katana-us.com. Coordinating teams and implementing processes for a fast-scaling international brand.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all daily operations across the company
- Coordinating internal teams (support, creative, logistics, media buyers…)
- Ensuring smooth execution of orders, customer support, workflows, and timelines
- Implementing processes, SOPs, and operational improvements
- Monitoring KPIs and maintaining operational dashboards
- Managing communication with suppliers, partners, and external services
- Supporting product launches and peak seasons (Black Friday, new brands…)
- Troubleshooting operational issues and unblocking bottlenecks
- Overseeing or coordinating website updates and changes when needed
- Preparing the operational infrastructure for scale: new brands, more volume, more complexity
- Working closely with the founder on strategic and execution-related decisions
Requirements:
- Has real experience in e-commerce operations
- Is extremely organized, reliable, and execution-focused
- Has strong problem-solving skills and can stay calm under pressure
- Have experience in team management and recruitment
- Can build structure inside an environment that moves fast
- Has experience with online tools (Shopify, Notion, Slack, support tools…)
- Speaks fluent English
- Is available full-time and long-term
