Job Description

Operations Manager overseeing daily operations at katana-us.com. Coordinating teams and implementing processes for a fast-scaling international brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all daily operations across the company
  • Coordinating internal teams (support, creative, logistics, media buyers…)
  • Ensuring smooth execution of orders, customer support, workflows, and timelines
  • Implementing processes, SOPs, and operational improvements
  • Monitoring KPIs and maintaining operational dashboards
  • Managing communication with suppliers, partners, and external services
  • Supporting product launches and peak seasons (Black Friday, new brands…)
  • Troubleshooting operational issues and unblocking bottlenecks
  • Overseeing or coordinating website updates and changes when needed
  • Preparing the operational infrastructure for scale: new brands, more volume, more complexity
  • Working closely with the founder on strategic and execution-related decisions

Requirements:

  • Has real experience in e-commerce operations
  • Is extremely organized, reliable, and execution-focused
  • Has strong problem-solving skills and can stay calm under pressure
  • Have experience in team management and recruitment
  • Can build structure inside an environment that moves fast
  • Has experience with online tools (Shopify, Notion, Slack, support tools…)
  • Speaks fluent English
  • Is available full-time and long-term
