Job Description

Administrative Assistant responsible for managing CEO's email, calendar, and travel. Remote contractor role requiring Philippines residency with a focus on executive support.

Responsibilities:

  • E-mail reduced, sorted daily, and responded to
  • Calendar owned and double bookings eliminated
  • Travel booked with enough time to be comfortable and underspent
  • Complete all critical tasks before 9am EST
  • Regular availability between 9am EST - 12pm EST

Requirements:

  • Must be physically located in the Philippines
  • Must have a history of providing long-term executive/admin services to a business owner or Chief
  • Must Get, Want, and have the Capacity to achieve the outcomes aligned with the role
  • Must be a plus or a plus/minus on each of the five core values of Fertility Bridge
  • Must specify exactly what is required to achieve outcome
  • Must be accountable in Asana and create Fertility Bridge assets in Fertility Bridge drives using Fertility Bridge account
