Job Description

Administrative coordinator scheduling electrician jobs and managing Australian property-manager, tenant, and technician communications. Supporting an established Australian electrical services business from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Australian property managers, tenants and technicians by phone and email
  • Book, reschedule and coordinate electrician jobs across multiple properties
  • Manage ETAs, delays, cancellations and urgent changes
  • Follow up on bookings, quotes and job updates
  • Keep job notes, schedules and records accurate in the scheduling system
  • Send booking confirmations and reminders
  • Support day-to-day administration and coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Real experience with Australian clients, including direct phone communication; email or chat-only experience is not sufficient
  • At least 2 years recent experience in admin, scheduling, dispatch or operations, including booking/rescheduling, follow-ups and customer updates
  • Clear, confident written and spoken English
  • Calm, professional and organised under pressure
  • Comfortable using CRMs, job scheduling software and email
  • Reliable internet and a quiet home setup
  • Experience with real estate or property management support is a plus
  • Experience with trades or technician scheduling is a plus
  • Experience with quote preparation and follow-ups is a plus
  • Experience managing busy schedules with frequent changes is a plus
  • Immediate availability and ability to begin straight away
