Job Description
Responsable Administratif & Qualité supporting a dynamic training center in hospitality and tourism. Ensuring quality processes and regulatory compliance with remote work and occasional travel.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth administrative and quality operations of the CFA / training organization
- Monitor regulatory obligations and manage administrative workflows
- Implement and monitor quality processes (Qualiopi)
- Organize and secure examinations
- Continuously improve processes and structure tools
- Supervise an administrative employee (apprentice/junior)
Requirements:
- Experience in a training organization or a regulated environment
- Solid understanding of administrative and quality issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects
Benefits:
