Job Description

Responsable Administratif & Qualité supporting a dynamic training center in hospitality and tourism. Ensuring quality processes and regulatory compliance with remote work and occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth administrative and quality operations of the CFA / training organization
  • Monitor regulatory obligations and manage administrative workflows
  • Implement and monitor quality processes (Qualiopi)
  • Organize and secure examinations
  • Continuously improve processes and structure tools
  • Supervise an administrative employee (apprentice/junior)

Requirements:

  • Experience in a training organization or a regulated environment
  • Solid understanding of administrative and quality issues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects
