Job Description
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager with strong analytical skills overseeing paid media campaigns. Must have experience with tracking systems and at least 2 years managing ads.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and paid social
- Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, and platform‑specific tools
- Analyze performance data to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall efficiency
- Build clear, actionable reports that translate data into strategic recommendations
- Test creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaign strategy with business goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years managing Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, and/or YouTube campaigns
- Experience running campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI implementation
- Ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
- Comfortable diagnosing pixel issues, attribution discrepancies, and tracking errors
- Server‑Side Tracking experience (Cloudflare, GTM Server‑Side, or similar)
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or other BI tools
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
