Job Description
Regional Sales Director responsible for leading a sales team to achieve objectives in the medical aesthetics industry. Developing strategies and customer relationships for market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team within an assigned region
- Coaches and provides strategic direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Develops customer relationships
- Drives execution of sales initiatives
- Monitors performance metrics
- Partners closely with senior leadership to support growth across the region
- Conducts regular team meetings, business reviews, and field ride-alongs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related field required
- At least 4 years of sales leadership experience managing field-based representatives
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the region
- Clearance of favorable background investigation required
