Job Description

Regional Sales Director responsible for leading a sales team to achieve objectives in the medical aesthetics industry. Developing strategies and customer relationships for market expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team within an assigned region
  • Coaches and provides strategic direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Develops customer relationships
  • Drives execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitors performance metrics
  • Partners closely with senior leadership to support growth across the region
  • Conducts regular team meetings, business reviews, and field ride-alongs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related field required
  • At least 4 years of sales leadership experience managing field-based representatives
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the region
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required
