Job Description

AI Client Success Manager responsible for guiding clients in AI implementations and monitoring engagement health in a remote-eligible role with periodic travel expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across active AI engagements
  • Guide clients through AI implementations
  • Monitor client health across AI engagements
  • Document client outcomes and workflow wins
  • Partner with the AI team on delivery handoffs
  • Build and maintain a library of onboarding materials
  • Act as an internal AI adoption resource
  • Stay current on AI model capabilities and emerging tools
  • Support the sales team on expansion conversations
  • Measure and report on AI service line performance

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in a digital agency, MarTech, SaaS, or AI consulting
  • Genuine, daily fluency with AI tools
  • Comfortable leading conversations with VP- and C-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business pain points and data into a clear narrative
  • Understanding of digital marketing service delivery
  • Experience with AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics (GA4, Ahrefs, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills
