Job Description
Bilingual appointment setter making outbound calls and booking school visits for a Florida barber education business. Remote Colombia role supporting English- and Spanish-speaking prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the client promptly and professionally
- Assist prospects with inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments for them to visit the school
- Complete daily appointment-setting and administrative tasks
- Follow up as needed to support the appointment and sales process
- Support a growing barber education business based in Florida
Requirements:
- Fluent and rich vocabulary in English and Spanish
- Discipline to work independently in a remote environment
- Stable internet connection
- Functional headset
- Quiet workspace
- Highly preferred: previous experience in appointment setting, customer service or sales
- Highly preferred: experience working with U.S.-based service businesses
- Availability Monday through Friday, 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM
- 36 hours per week, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Benefits:
- $100 per sale generated
- Performance bonuses
- Approximately $1,200–$1,500/month OTE
- Two paid 15-minute breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon)
- Fully remote work from home
