Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Contacting skilled-trades businesses by phone that are looking for qualified workers
- Briefly presenting the company and determining whether the service is a good fit for the business
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Recording call outcomes in the CRM
- Using the AI-powered lead generation system to select promising leads
- Using suggested conversation openers and reviewing previous lead communications
Requirements:
- Willingness to earn based on performance and put in the effort
- Remain friendly and motivated even after the tenth rejection
- Ability to organize your work independently without direct supervision
- Fluent German and a confident, clear manner on the phone
- Quiet workspace, laptop, and reliable internet connection
- Experience in telephone sales is a plus, but not required
- Availability of approximately 10 hours per week or more
- Residence in Austria

- €40 for every appointment that takes place, plus an additional €100 for each successful close—with no earnings cap
