Job Description
Appointment Coordinator generating and qualifying master franchise leads for an international business. Scheduling sales appointments and managing prospect pipelines across assigned global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research high-potential master franchise prospects across assigned global markets using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry databases
- Initiate engagement via personalised email campaigns, cold calling and social media outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on franchise criteria, investment readiness and market fit
- Track prospect interactions, manage follow-ups and maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline data within the CRM system
- Identify and engage potential master franchise country licence prospects via LinkedIn and other channels
- Generate and qualify leads across assigned global markets
- Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings with prospective candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent follow-up activity
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Build relationships with prospective franchise partners via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Support recruitment campaigns and franchise growth initiatives
- Adjust prospecting activity as target countries and markets are assigned throughout the contract
- Report to APAC Leadership & Global Franchise Sales
Requirements:
- Philippines-based
- 3–5 years of experience in appointment setting, B2B lead generation, business development, recruitment or a closely related role
- College diploma or degree from an institution where English is the primary medium of instruction
- Understanding of, and experience using, LinkedIn, ideally for sourcing and outreach
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent English fluency, both written and spoken
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Strong web research abilities and proficiency using CRM systems and lead-generation tools
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work productively and independently
- Comfortable reporting to management on a regular basis
- Quiet home-office environment with a reliable, high-speed internet connection
- Standard Philippine business hours, with flexibility to start or finish up to one hour earlier or later as required to support global markets
