Job Description
Appointment Setter responding to off-hours inbound demo leads for Hyros, an AI-powered marketing attribution platform. Qualifying prospects and handing sales-ready leads to closers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to new leads within a 2-minute target and 5-minute hard ceiling during the coverage window
- Run 5–10 minute qualifying calls confirming budget, authority, current ad tracking, pain points, and urgency before handing leads to a closer
- Log every touch in HubSpot in real time
- Work leads across Direct, Agency, and Affiliate funnels
- Distinguish obvious spam/test entries from real leads
- Follow up by email/SMS with leads who did not provide a phone number
Requirements:
- Able to reliably cover a defined off-hours block of evenings, nights, and weekends
- Flexible availability is a plus
- Comfortable on the phone with strangers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable internet and phone setup; reachable throughout the shift
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, not required
- Comfortable being measured on response time, connect rate, and confirmation rate
- HubSpot familiarity is a plus, not required
