Job Description
Consultation Appointment Specialist coordinating legal intake, lead follow-up, and attorney consultation scheduling for LegalMatch Philippines. Managing CRM documentation and AI-assisted workflows remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Handle legal intake and case screening.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, guide them through the intake process, and schedule consultations.
- Schedule appointments across multiple attorney calendars and time zones.
- Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and maximize consultation conversion rates.
- Accurately document lead activity and status updates in CRM and tracking tools.
- Identify and escalate potential issues that could delay or impact the consultation process.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication.
- Support basic administrative and coordination tasks related to scheduling and intake.
- Use AI and available tools to improve productivity, documentation, and follow-up while checking results for accuracy.
- Work with potential clients and attorneys while following account-specific workflows and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience in legal intake and case screening; related legal client service or appointment-setting experience may be considered.
- Experience with outbound lead follow-up, client communication, and consultation scheduling.
- Ability to identify basic case qualifications and exclusions and follow detailed workflows accurately.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with CRM, Slack, Notion, Trello, Calendly, or similar tools.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and work quality, with the ability to validate AI-assisted outputs.
- Proactive and outcome-oriented.
- A problem-solver.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
