Job Description

Area Sales Manager responsible for training B2B dealer partners and providing in-field coaching. Delivering exceptional value and results in mobility and wireless sales with DSI Systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel extensively to deliver in-person coaching, training, and mentorship to dealer partners’ sales teams
  • Work alongside dealer representatives in the field to support live sales efforts and provide real-time coaching
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and performance calls to reinforce sales strategies and best practices
  • Plan and coordinate travel by collaborating with dealer partners to schedule upcoming meetings and field visits
  • Prepare and submit timely, detailed internal reports on dealer visits, activity, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and deliver optimal results for dealer partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B D2D sales, with a strong focus on mobility and wireless solutions
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach sales teams in both field and virtual environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence sales performance
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline, including prospecting, closing, and follow-up activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote, field-based role
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Ability to travel nationally 75% of the time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment and achieving measurable results
  • Experience in the telecommunications or wireless industry is preferred
  • Background in sales training, coaching, or enablement roles is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
