Job Description
Consultant analyzing business challenges and proposing Salesforce solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders and testing user acceptance while maintaining Salesforce systems.
Responsibilities:
- **Mapping and Consulting:** Lead discovery meetings to translate business pain points into solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem;
- **Declarative Configuration:** Hands-on work to create fields, Flows, and layouts, keeping in mind how these will be tested afterwards;
- **Designing Acceptance Scenarios:** Rather than just testing, you will create the **business testing strategy**, defining what constitutes a delivery with "zero defects";
- **UAT Facilitation:** Lead User Acceptance Testing, translating stakeholder feedback to the development team;
- **Functional Validation / Sign-off:** Validate that complex business rules are being respected in each sprint;
- **Process Awareness:** Understand the impact of a change in Sales Cloud on billing or post-sales processes;
- **QA Mindset:** Natural ability to find edge cases (scenarios where the user may make mistakes or the system may fail);
- **User Story Writing:** Ability to write requirements already considering the "How will we validate this?" question.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a **Business Analyst (BA)** or **Salesforce Functional Consultant**;
- Proficiency with ticketing tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) for managing bugs and enhancements;
- Familiarity with **User Experience (UX)** tailored to Salesforce (Lightning Experience);
- *Salesforce Administrator* certification is highly recommended.
