Job Description

Sales area manager in the field focusing on customer needs and relationship building in Thüringen. Analyzing market conditions to optimize sales strategy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting & Sales – You analyze individual customer needs and convince with our product range.
  • Maintaining customer base – You ensure long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners.
  • New customer acquisition – You expand our network and grow our client base.
  • Competitor and market analysis – You monitor market conditions and identify opportunities and risks in the competitive landscape.
  • Participation in trade and leadership fairs – You represent Hoyer at trade shows and build valuable contacts.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience – You have successful experience in sales and know how to win customers.
  • Education – Ideally you have completed a commercial/business apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Technical understanding – You are comfortable with technical topics and can explain complex issues clearly.
  • Mobility & flexibility – You travel frequently and enjoy maintaining personal relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills – You inspire with your presence and confident demeanor.
  • Independent working style – You appreciate working autonomously and have a focus on what matters.
