Job Description
Clinical Territory Associate helping Intuitive Surgical develop robotic surgery programs and expand da Vinci system utilization in Germany. Providing surgical-team training, product demonstrations, case support, and sales activities while developing toward clinical sales.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to learn technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business
- Train to become a da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales expert across primary surgical specialties
- Develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory
- Maximize utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems
- Provide case support and guidance, insight, and training to surgical teams
- Lead technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating-room staff, surgeons, and other customers
- Contribute to quarterly sales goals through product demonstrations, operating-room selling activities, and customer support trainings
- Support or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events
- Manage reporting of sales and procedures, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned online modules using required company software
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience
- Fluent in English and German required
- Ambition and strong work ethic
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to travel up to 50%
