Job Description
Associate Director leading IIX technology platforms focusing on impact investing and fintech. Responsible for strategic leadership, product development, and team management in a global context.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead IIX Fintech as a cohesive business unit, integrating IIX Values™, Impact Partners™, and IIX Institute™ into a unified strategy
- Position IIX Fintech as the connective tissue between Asset Management and Advisory, ensuring seamless flow of data, insights, and client solutions
- Develop and execute a 3–5 year growth strategy for IIX Fintech, aligned with IIX’s broader vision of scaling Orange Capital markets
- Oversee continued development of data analytics and impact measurement tools (IIX Values™), digital engagement and marketplace capabilities (Impact Partners™), and training, certification, and thought leadership programs (IIX Institute™)
- Ensure platforms are market-relevant, user-centric, and scalable across geographies
- Work closely with tech and analytics teams to translate business needs into product innovation
- Lead and manage a globally distributed team across technology, analytics, and training functions
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent aligned with IIX’s mission and PREM values
- Establish clear KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting structures for the Fintech vertical
Requirements:
- 15–18+ years of experience across fintech, impact investing, consulting, or digital platform businesses
- Proven track record of building and scaling business units or platforms
- Strong understanding of financial markets, ESG/impact measurement, and emerging markets
- Experience working across technology, analytics, and business development functions
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in platform management, data analytics, and digital product development.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau), and UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with data privacy, security regulations, and compliance standards.
