Job Description

Associate Staff Engineer designing SAP BN4L and TM logistics solutions for Nagarro’s digital product engineering company. Leading integrations, testing, rollouts, and production support.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand functional requirements and analyze client needs in the context of the project
  • Envision overall solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements
  • Define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize solutions
  • Determine and implement design methodologies and tool sets
  • Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
  • Lead and support UAT and production rollouts
  • Create, understand, and validate WBS and estimated effort for modules or tasks, and justify estimates
  • Address issues promptly and respond positively to setbacks and challenges with continuous improvement
  • Give constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations
  • Help the team troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs
  • Develop and justify solutions for issues raised during code or design reviews
  • Carry out POCs to validate that suggested designs and technologies meet requirements
  • Design and deploy SAP BN4L Freight Collaboration, Dispute Management, and Global Track and Trace capabilities
  • Configure carrier onboarding, freight collaboration, and tendering
  • Integrate TM, BN4L, and external logistics systems
  • Prepare functional specifications and support developments
  • Execute SIT/UAT testing, support go-live activities, and provide L2/L3 support

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of total experience
  • SAP BN4L Functional Consultant experience
  • Ability to deliver end-to-end logistics and transportation solutions, including carrier collaboration via Business Network for Logistics (BN4L)
  • Ability to lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementations in TM and BN4L
  • Experience designing and deploying SAP BN4L capabilities, specifically Freight Collaboration (FC), Dispute Management, and Global Track and Trace (GTT)
  • Experience configuring carrier onboarding, freight collaboration, and tendering
  • Ability to ensure integration between TM, BN4L, and external logistics systems
  • Ability to prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and support developments
  • Experience executing SIT/UAT testing and supporting go-live activities
  • Ability to provide L2/L3 support, incident resolution, and enhancements
  • Ability to perform knowledge transfer and documentation during project roll-off
  • Strong experience in SAP TM
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
