Job Description

Senior Staff Engineer delivering Oracle CPQ integrations and implementations for Nagarro, a digital product engineering company. Designing enterprise CRM/ERP integrations, pricing workflows, and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud integrations and implementations, including configuration, commerce flows, pricing, approvals, and document generation
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and high-quality Oracle CPQ technical solutions
  • Configure and customize Oracle CPQ modules based on business and enterprise requirements
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT-based document templates
  • Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle CPQ and CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP, and other enterprise applications
  • Architect and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integration solutions
  • Conduct client workshops to understand business processes, gather requirements, and define technical solutions
  • Prepare and present solution designs, technical approaches, and integration architectures to business and technical stakeholders
  • Support unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support
  • Ensure adherence to version control, DevOps, release management, and enterprise development best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Ensure Oracle CPQ solutions align with enterprise architecture, business rules, security requirements, and integration standards
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and provide technical direction across implementation teams
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, reusable assets, technical documentation, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed, and global teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle CPQ solutions

Requirements:

  • Total Experience 8+ years
  • Strong experience in enterprise application consulting with hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud
  • Strong hands-on expertise in BML, BMQL, XSLT, and Oracle CPQ configuration modules
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, pricing models, commerce flows, and approval workflows
  • Proven experience in Oracle CPQ integrations with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integration patterns
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ configuration, commerce processes, pricing logic, document generation, and customizations
  • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT-based document templates
  • Experience supporting unit testing, UAT, production deployments, and release management
  • Familiarity with version control, DevOps practices, and enterprise application deployment processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to conduct workshops and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Oracle CPQ certification is an added advantage
