Job Description
Customer Support Agent at MDY handling Latinoamérica telecommunications inquiries. Providing administrative support and resolving customer issues for Claro HFC service.
Responsibilities:
- Atención al Cliente Claro HFC – Administrativo
- Manejo de quéjas y resolución de problemas
- Gestión de la información del cliente
- Coordinación con otros departamentos para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente
- Colaboración en proyectos y procesos del equipo
Requirements:
- Estudios Secundaria
- Experiencia menos de 1 año
- Habilidades Teleoperador
- Atención al cliente
- Call center
