Job Description

Remote Customer Service Representative providing support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Requires fluency in French and English for effective communication and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in both French and English.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
  • Stay current on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
